Returns

If you are unhappy with the items you have purchased for any reason, simply return them to us within 30 days and we will replace them or refund in full.

How do I return my items?

Please contact us on 01902 600 400 or sales@ironmongeryandmore.com within 30 days of receiving your goods, state your order number and we will arrange a collection. 

All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, unused, in their original and undamaged packaging. This is unless the item is faulty, please refer to the damaged or faulty items section for more information. 

There is a carriage fee of £5.95 to return your goods which will be deducted from the refund amount. Carriage is free if the product you received was incorrect or faulty.

How do I exchange my items?

To exchange an item, please contact us on 01902 600 400 or sales@ironmongeryandmore.com within 30 days of receiving your goods state, your order number and the product code of the item you would like to exchange your product with. Our customer service team may get in contact with you to take payment if the exchanged item costs more than the returned item. Our team will arrange for your goods to be collected, once received we will exchange the item and despatch as soon as the product becomes available.

Replacement keys

Replacement keys cannot be accepted for a refund unless they have been cut incorrectly. Please contact us on 01902 600 400 or sales@ironmongeryandmore.com if you have any issues with your replacement keys. 

Damaged or faulty items

The items you have ordered should arrive in perfect condition. If however they have been damaged, are faulty or incorrect then let us know within 7 days of receiving the items and we will replace them free of charge. Alternatively, we will provide a full refund.

Missing items

If your order is incomplete, then this could be because a particular item was out of stock. As soon as it comes into stock, we will forward it to you immediately. Should it be incomplete due to our error, then please contact us on 01902 600 400 and we will send it out immediately and without charge.
